You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the purchase was made via credit or debit card, the card which paid for the purchase will be refunded.
Simply send us your purchase in its original state and upon receipt, we will either send you a full refund or the product you would like to exchange for. If the new product is more expensive than the original product, obviously you'll have to pay the difference. If the new jewellery is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the card used to pay for the original transaction. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns must be sent at your expense unless the jewellery is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, you cannot return earrings unless you can prove they were faulty at purchase.
Jewellery which has been made bespoke to you cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive undamaged! If, however, an item arrives in a damaged state or is faulty, claims must be made within 7 working days from receipt. We will pay for the return postage.
