Shopping with us
Payments can be made online using our secure online shopping basket. We use Stripe to process payments so all financial transactions happen through them. No financial details are held by TigerLily Jewellery.
For UK customers, we use Royal Mail’s first-class signed for delivery service so someone must be in to receive the parcel.
For overseas customers, we use international signed for so someone must be in to receive the parcel.
Orders despatched to locations within the UK will incur a delivery charge of £2.75 for postage and packaging. Orders over the value of £30 will be delivered free of charge.
Express, next day delivery is now available at a rate of £6.70 on orders despatched to locations within the UK. Express postage will be charged at a rate of £3.95 on orders worth over £30.
We welcome orders from overseas and the delivery charge is £9.95.
All of our prices are in UK pounds. If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. We cannot be held responsible for additional local import charges.
When to expect your order
If the ordered item is in stock, allow between two to five working days for delivery within the UK. If it’s not, you should allow 30 days for delivery. Allow up to two weeks for delivery overseas.
Express orders are only available for delivery within the UK and will arrive before 1pm the next day if you order by 10am.
Every effort will be made to honour these delivery times. In circumstances beyond our control however, TigerLily Jewellery Ltd cannot be held liable.
If your order is returned to us because Royal Mail could not complete the delivery to you (for example if no-one is in to sign for it and it’s not picked up at your local post office), you will be responsible for the cost of resending the jewellery.
Should you live in Buckinghamshire or the surrounding area, you can collect your order in person and so avoid delivery charges. This can be arranged at the time of order.
International orders can be made online. The delivery charge is £9.95.
Additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.
If you are purchasing your jewellery as a gift, let us know at the checkout and we will send the jewellery in a gift box tied with a ribbon, either to yourself or straight to whomever you’re buying it for. We can also include a hand-written note with your gift.
We are very happy to ship jewellery gifts overseas.

Returns and exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the purchase was made via credit or debit card, the card which paid for the purchase will be refunded.
Simply send us your purchase in its original state and upon receipt, we will either send you a full refund or the product you would like to exchange for. If the new product is more expensive than the original product, obviously you’ll have to pay the difference. If the new jewellery is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the card used to pay for the original transaction. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns must be sent at your expense unless the jewellery is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, you cannot return earrings unless you can prove they were faulty at purchase.
Jewellery which has been made bespoke to you cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive undamaged! If, however, an item arrives in a damaged state or is faulty, claims must be made within 7 working days from receipt. We will pay for the return postage.
