Delivery

For UK customers, we use either Royal Mail’s first-class signed for delivery service or express delivery service, depending on what option is chosen at the checkout. For both of these services, someone must be in to receive and sign for the parcel. If no one is in, a redelivery card will be left for the customer to rearrange delivery or they can pick their parcel up at their local sorting office (as long as they have proof of identity with them, for example a driving licence).

For overseas customers, we use Royal Mail’s international tracked and signed for service (where available) or Royal Mail’s international signed for service, so someone must be in to receive the parcel.

Delivery charges within the UK

Orders despatched to locations within the UK will incur a standard delivery charge of £2.75 for postage and packaging. Orders over the value of £40 will be delivered free of charge to locations within the UK.

Express, next day delivery is also available at a charge of £6.70 for orders with a value below £40, despatched to locations within the UK. Express delivery will be charged at a rate of £3.95 on orders worth over £40.

Delivery charges for overseas orders

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to deliver orders to the European Union. However we welcome orders from other countries around the world and the delivery charge is at a standard rate of £9.95.

Please note that all of our prices are in UK pounds. If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. We cannot be held responsible for additional local import charges.

When to expect your order

If the ordered item is in stock, allow between two to five working days for delivery within the UK and between five to ten working days for overseas orders. If an item goes out of stock before the website is updated and you place your order, we will get in touch with you to advise of the delivery lead time. If the lead time is too long and you choose a refund, we will refund your payment card.

Express orders are only available for delivery within the UK and will arrive before 1pm the next day if you order by 10am.

Every effort will be made to honour these delivery times. If, however, there is a delay to your expected delivery time, we will get in touch to discuss your order. In circumstances beyond our control, TigerLily Jewellery Ltd cannot be held liable.

If your order is returned to us because Royal Mail could not complete the delivery to you (for example if no-one is in to sign for it and it’s not picked up at your local post office), you will be responsible for the cost of resending the jewellery.

Should you live in Buckinghamshire or the surrounding area, you can collect your order in person and so avoid delivery charges. This can be arranged at the time of order.

International orders

International orders can be made online (with the exception of the European Union at this time). The delivery charge for all international orders is £9.95.

Additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Gifts

If your purchase is a gift, let us know at the checkout and we will tie a ribbon around the jewellery box and send a gift despatch note with all pricing removed. We can send the parcel to yourself or straight to the gift recipient and you can choose to include a message on the despatch note.

We are very happy to ship jewellery gifts overseas.

If you have any questions about sending the jewellery as a gift, please get in touch at janna@tigerlily-jewellery.co.uk

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the purchase was made via credit or debit card, the payment card will be refunded.

Simply send us your purchase in its original state and upon receipt, we will either send you a full refund or the product you would like to exchange for. If the new product is more expensive than the original product, you’ll need to pay the difference. If the new jewellery is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your payment card for the original transaction. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns must be sent at your expense unless the jewellery is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot return earrings if they have been worn. If they haven’t been worn or are faulty, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

Jewellery which has been made or tweaked bespoke to you cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Damaged goods

We make every effort to ensure our products arrive undamaged! If, however, an item arrives in a damaged state or is faulty, claims must be made within seven working days from receipt. We will pay for the return postage.
